Terms of Service

By accessing or using AImly (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

AImly offers a free X (Twitter) account audit (posting consistency and engagement scoring, no login required) and paid plans that add: X account connection via OAuth, competitor and topic tracking ("growth radar"), AI-drafted posts written in your voice, and post scheduling. Features available to you depend on your plan.

You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

Paid access is offered as two self-serve subscription plans - Creator (billed monthly) and Pro (billed every two months) - processed through Paddle, our merchant of record. There is no free tier of the full product and no trial period at this time; the account audit remains free separately from any subscription.

You can cancel anytime from billing. Cancellation is effective immediately in the sense that it stops future renewals; canceling removes your paid access rather than downgrading you to a free tier, since none exists. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods except at our discretion or as required by law. The exception: Pro plan subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first charge, no questions asked.

AImly can draft posts in your voice using AI, and can post or schedule content to your connected X account - but only after you grant explicit consent to scheduled/automated posting, which you can revoke at any time. We will not post or schedule content on your behalf without that active consent in place.

You are solely responsible for any content you approve, post, or schedule through AImly, including AI-drafted content. Reviewing drafts before they go out is your responsibility - AImly does not review content for accuracy, legality, or appropriateness before posting.

You agree not to use AImly to:

• Spam, harass, or abuse other X users or the X platform.
• Post content that violates X's own rules, terms, or API policies.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions on AImly or the X API.
• Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section or that put our X API access at risk.

Draft posts are generated by an AI model based on your own writing history and are provided as suggestions only. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, out of context, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. AImly never posts AI-generated drafts automatically - nothing goes out until you review and approve it - and you are responsible for verifying content before it's posted or scheduled.

AImly and its underlying technology are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create, submit, or approve through the Service. You grant us a limited license to process that content (including your X post history) solely to provide and improve the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee specific growth, engagement, or business outcomes from using AImly. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AImly and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any content posted to your X account through your own approval or consent, arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required by X's API policies. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and provisions that by their nature should survive (including Sections 7-9) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction - to be finalized], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. TODO for founder: finalize governing law/jurisdiction with counsel before launch.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We'll update the "last updated" date above, and for material changes we'll make a reasonable effort to notify active users. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
